Winter $700 per night 

$1000 per night Christmas and New Years holidays.

Summer and fall: $500 per night

Rates subject to change.

A security deposit of $500 is required. This will be returned to you when  after cleaning, after we have checked there are no damages or missing items, perishables have been removed, the heat and lights were turned off, doors all securely latched and locked, and there has been no smoking on the premises.
